Goals: Week 2

I forgot to publish my goals for this week – so here they are.

Diet: Replace sugar-based deserts with fruit-based deserts. 

Exercise: Exercise 4 days a week.  Do cardio that takes my heart rate to 140 bpm and stays there for fifteen minutes at each session.

  1. Ric--How is the Health Challenge going? I am a little concerned by the lack of new blog postings--I hope you are not getting discouraged.

    We are following in your footsteps, but here's the basic outline--Incremental changes for the whole family in several areas: Exercise, diet and a personal goal (Bethany's goal is to learn to ride the unicycle someone gave us). I will have to write out the weekly goals and post them.
